		Terms and Conditions for Bed and Breakfast Accommodation Provider 1.The Covered area of the Room should not be less then 100 sqft. We have two categories of Bed and Breakfast First Standard PG with AC and PG without AC and the Second is Premium Bed and Breakfast category respectively. 2.In Standard category rates are standardized and will be decided by OnlinePG.com. For standard Accommodation provider OnlinePG pays Rs 450 for Standard non-Air conditioned accommodation and Rs. 650 to Standard Air conditioned accommodation. Click Conditions to know more about the mandatory terms and conditions for standard and Premium category. flooring, furniture, fittings etc. 3.In Premium Category the accommodation Provider has got the right to decide his/her own rate for his/her accommodation with Premium category terms and conditions apply on this category. There are a lot of mandatory services required to be provided to the guest if some one opt for this premium category. Click Conditions to know more about the mandatory terms and conditions for standard and Premium category. 4.The room should be neat and clean. Well maintained and well equipped house and guest rooms with quality carpets/ area rugs/ tiles or marble flooring, furniture, fittings etc. 5.Bathroom Preferably to be attached it should also be neat and clean along with toiletries. WC toilet to have a seat and lid, toilet paper etc. 24 hours running hot & cold water with proper sewerage connections 6.The Room should have a proper double bed. No folding beds are allowed. Rooms should be clean, airy, pest free, without dampness and with outside window/ ventilation. 7.Room should also have two chairs a small table fair Size Mirror, Two Glasses and a dustbin. 8.The accommodation provider shall provide clean Drinking water filter/mineral water. 9.Sufficient parking with adequate road width. 10.Comfortable bed with good quality linen & bedding. 11.Air-conditioning / heating depending on climatic conditions with room temperature between 20 to 25 degrees Centigrade in the offered room. 12.An Iron with iron board on request by the guest. 13.Wardrobe with at least 4 clothes hangers in the guest room. 14.Name, address and telephone number of doctors to be present in the guest room in case of emergency. 15.If the Provider is providing the TV facility in the room then it should have proper cable connection. 16.If the accommodation provider is giving facility of food then it should be hygienic with good quality cutlery and crockery. OnlinePG is not charging for the food for standard category where as food is mandatory in premium category so if the provider is providing the food to the guest then the charges for the food should be first told to the guest if agreed then paid by the guest himself/herself to the provider. 17.Room charges will be charged by the OnlinePG at the time of booking so the providers are not allowed to charge rent from the guest. 18.Providers are directed not to discuss and share any personal details / affairs with the Guest. 19.Provider will provide a duplicate key of the guest room to the Guest on his/her arrival. 20.At the time of Checkout the Provider will check the Room and ensure every thing provided to the guest is in place and in proper shape. If there is any dispute at their end OnlinePG is not responsible for that. 21.OnlinePG will reconcile all the bookings in the end of every week on receipt of bill of accommodation provider for payment and will pay the Accommodation provider the subsequent week either by check or electronic transfer. 22.It is the responsibility of the Provider to pay any applicable tax on the earnings from the rented accommodation. 23.If a Guest wants to extend his/her stay for more days then the Provider will inform the OnlinePG regarding this and if the guest pays for the extended stay to the OnlinePG only then with confirmation from the OnlinePG guest will be allowed to stay or extend his/her stay. 24.An Inspecting officer from OnlinePG will visit the Rented Accommodation for thorough inspection if the Inspecting officer is not satisfied with the Hygiene, cleanliness and other services provided to the guest then OnlinePG will terminate the contract with the accommodation provider and will takeoff the accommodation provider listing from the website and will not send any booking until the contract is renewed after complying with all the terms and conditions of the contract by the provider. 25.A facility of Extra Bed to be kept by the provider if a booking is done where an extra bed is required by the Guest then the provider should have an extra bed (Folding Bed can be used for extra bed) for the guest with proper Mattress, Pillow, Blankets, Bed sheets, Bed Sheet for Blanket. 26.Provider will provide a small Travel size soap per guest and will also provide a Plastic Bucket and bathing Mug in the Bathroom. 27.A mosquito repellant should be provided in the room. For e.g. (allout, mortine etc) no mosquito repellant like burning coils are allowed. 28.It is the duty and moral obligation of the provider to provide a peaceful and warm atmosphere to the guest. 29.Guest and Accommodation provider are requested to check the Photo ID of the inspecting officer before allowing them to enter the House. If not satisfied by the photo ID of the Inspecting officer then it can be confirmed by calling the customer care number 0172- 4654300 of the OnlinePG. 30.No Services of Prostitution or any unlawful activities are allowed in the OnlinePG Bed and Breakfast accommodation and if found guilty then local law will be forced and the contract will be terminated and OnlinePG will not be liable for any loss of Business or Payments to the Accommodation provider. 31.Any Breach of contract and terms and condition will result in to contract termination and OnlinePG will not be liable for any payments or losses / Business losses caused due to termination of the Contract. 32.Room Service provided to the guest is the sole discretion of the Accommodation provider 33.All disputes with OnlinePG will subject to Chandigarh Jurisdiction. 34.In case of any dispute the rights of the accommodation provider is restricted to the amount of booking only. 35.All Applicable taxes will be born by the provider himself/herself. 36.Maintenance of register for guest check-in and check-out records including passport details in case of foreign tourists is the entire duty of the accommodation provider. It is also the duty of the Accommodation Provider to register his/her accommodation with the local police / authorized registration agencies. All Record should be available for local Law enforcing authorities and abide by the rules of the local law. 37.OnlinePG reserves the right to cancel or delist any listing from the website anytime without assigning any reason to the accommodation provider. 38.The Guest is required to intimate the accommodation provider his approximate time of arrival not later then 6 Hours in advance from the check in time / date. 39.In case of No Show of by the guest the Bed and Breakfast accommodation provider will be paid only 25% of the booking amount of the first day and the room will be again restored on the availability listing of the OnlinePG website immediately. 40.The contract of provider with OnlinePG is valid for 1 year and is renewable on mutually agreed terms. 41.Accommodation registration Process is simple Accommodation providers can register their accommodation on our website for free. As an inaugural offer verification charges for a standard category registration are Rs. 250/- (non-refundable) and for Premium Category registration charges are Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) respectively. (The verification charges are subject to increase at the finish of inaugural offer.) The Verification charges to be paid to OnlinePg.com in form of Cheque/Demand Draft in favor of Gmax e Solutions payable at Chandigarh. On receipt of the cheque/DD a Verification officer from OnlinePG.com or its authorized agency will visit your accommodation for thorough inspection. The accommodation provider must ask for the photo ID of the inspecting officer. 42.Getting registered or getting your accommodation listed on www.OnlinePG.com does not guarantee to give any fixed days for booking the Listing will be available to the Guests/customers online and if they choose and like the profile of your accommodation then they can book the accommodation. 43.ONLINEPG reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the ONLINEPG websites are offered, including but not limited to the charges. The user is responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. 44.If you do not want guest to book your accommodation for a while for example if the accommodation you are providing is not available or you are using for your own purpose then you have to deactivate you room listing from our website this can be done by simply deactivating your rooms by logging on to your profile on our website or by calling to our call centre at 0172 4654 300 and getting it deactivated. Terms and Conditions of the Guest 1.Room charges will be charged by the OnlinePG at the time of booking so the Guest are not allowed to Pay any rent charges to the Accommodation provider except . 2.Meals/ food/ eatables if asked for by the guest from the accommodation provider will be billed directly by the accommodation provider and paid by the guest to him. OnlinePG will not be responsible for the quality of the food or any dispute etc arising out of the said services. 3.Your credit card is charged for the total cost above at the time of purchase. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received. 4.The rooms available are on 2PAX basis i.e. two adults with two children below 8 years without any extra charges. 5.You must be 18 to check in to the paying Guest accommodation / hotels. 6.Cancellation made prior to the start of 24hrs of Check In time and date will attract 10% deduction of the booking amount for refund. 7.Cancellation made with in 24 hrs prior to the check in time and date will attract 50% deduction of the booking amount for refund. 8.The guest is required to intimate the accommodation provider in advance his approximate time of his arrival but not later then 6 hrs from the check in time and date. 9. In case of No Show of the guest the entire booking amount is liable to be forfeited. Guests are directed not to discuss and share any personal details / affairs with the Accommodation provider. 10. Guest will be provided a duplicate key of the guest room by the Accommodation provider on his/her arrival and the same will be returned at the time of check out. The check in / out time is 12:00 noon. 13. At the time of Checkout the Guest will check the Room and ensure about his belongings. If there is any dispute at their end OnlinePG is not responsible for that. 14. If a Guest wants to extend his/her stay for more days then the Provider and Guest will inform the OnlinePG regarding this and if the guest pays for the extended stay to the OnlinePG via online or thru customer care number only then with confirmation from the OnlinePG guest will be allowed to stay or extend his/her stay. 15. An Inspecting officer from OnlinePG may visit the Rented Accommodation twice or more in a month for thorough inspection. The guests are requested to cooperate with the inspecting officer and give them their valued views regarding the rented property. 16. Guest and Accommodation provider are requested to check the Photo ID of the inspecting officer before allowing them to enter the House. If not satisfied by the photo ID of the Inspecting officer then it can be confirmed by calling the customer care number of the OnlinePG. 17. A facility of Extra Bed is also provided to the guest only if the same is requested at the time of booking and paid for. 18. It is the duty and moral obligation of the Guest to keep a peaceful and cooperative atmosphere with the Provider. 19. No Alcoholic Drinks / Hard Drinks / Drugs / smoking etc are allowed in the Accommodation provided to the Guest. 20. No Prostitute or any unlawful activities are allowed in the rented accommodation and if found guilty then local law will be enforced. 21. Any Breach of terms and condition will result in to termination of booking and OnlinePG will not be liable for any losses / Business losses caused due to the termination of booking of the guest. 22.If a Guest is accompanied by any of his friend / Family it should be mentioned at the time of Booking with their details in case if the details are not provided then the Accommodation provider may refuse the booking for the other member and OnlinePG will not be responsible in this case. 23.A guest must provide the unique number intimated to him to the accommodations provider at the time of check in and allow the accommodation provider to verify his antecedents. 24. There will be no room service available to the guest. 25. In case of any dispute the rights of the Guest is restricted to the amount of booking only 26. In case of any dispute arising out of the deficiency in services provided by the accommodation provider OnlinePG will not be responsible for the same. 27. Any dispute with subject to Chandigarh Jurisdiction. 28. Be home on time. Unless you have made a clear arrangement with your hosts that you'll be coming and going as and when you please, don't arrive home really late. If your hosts are providing you with evening meals, be there at least half an hour before meal time. This lets the host feel confident their food will be eaten in good condition and it gives you time to help set the table or carry out other household chores. If you're late for a meal, ring first and explain. If you're arriving home late after an event, let your guests know so that they can suggest suitable entry arrangements. Be extra quiet on arriving back late and only use the minimum amounts of lighting. If the plumbing in the house is noisy, refrain from showering or bathing until morning. 29. Be careful about Internet and phone usage. If you need to use the Internet or phone at your host's home, ask them first if this is okay with them. Ask them if they have dial-up or broadband and if your usage for a certain amount of time will cost anything. If there are costs involved (especially with long-distance calls) and your offer to leave payment. sitting on the Internet all night is just plain rude. Be thoughtful and just check your e-mails, your favorite updates and then shut down and return to the conversation 30.Strip your bedclothes on leaving. You're not staying in a hotel and your host has to wash the sheets when you leave. Make it easier by removing sheets, pillow slips and any other linen. Place them in a neat pile on the foot of the bed. If you're staying long enough that your sheets require washing during the stay. 31. Leave quietly and thoughtfully. If you have to leave really early in the morning, say your farewells the night before. If you're departing late at night or early in the morning, book your own transportation. Do not expect the host to run you to the airport/bus station unless the host suggests it. If you leave when the hosts are at work or out, make sure you have made prior arrangements to leave the keys somewhere safe and that you're sure how to lock the place up properly. 32. Be careful about Internet and phone usage. If you need to use the Internet or phone at your host's home, ask them first if this is okay with them. Ask them if they have dial-up or broadband and if your usage for a certain amount of time will cost anything. If there are costs involved (especially with long-distance calls) and your offer to leave payment. sitting on the Internet all night is just plain rude. Be thoughtful and just check your e-mails, your favorite updates and then shut down and return to the conversation Important Tips If you have special dietary needs, bring your own. Offer to take care of your own special dietary needs and be clear about what this means by way of food preparation. Your host may ask for recipes; be diligent in providing these promptly. If you couldn't bring the items with you, ask your host where you can purchase them. Some hosts are very fastidious about tidiness and cleanliness. Apart from being as tidy as you can be, also be careful about offering to do cleaning for them apart from picking up after yourself and clearing the table. If you offer to mop the floors or dust the shelves, they may take this as an insult. Gauge it from what you know of them and be considerate. Pay attention to the security instructions in your host's home; you don't want to expose them to an insurance liability if you didn't lock up properly. Take good care of any keys that they loan you. Bring your own soap! Unless they provide you with a brand new guest soap, do not use their soap. It is not polite. Always replace anything you damage. Damaged items can leave long memories and gossip is not good . Never leave your possessions -- clothes, food, wallets, etc. -- in the common areas. The host may not be the neatest person in the world, but he or she will certainly not appreciate seeing your things cluttering up the living room, dining room or kitchen. Do not interpret your welcome into someone's home as permission to enter rooms, or look in closets, or intrude into any areas where you haven't been explicitly invited. Respect a host's privacy by erring on the side of caution--even when visiting friends or family. Never, ever, gossip about or criticise your hosts or their homes. It betrays the trust someone had in you. You'll only declare yourself a rude ungrateful guest, unlikely to be invited even by those who gossip with you. Agreement between User and OnlinePG 1.OnlinePG.com website is operated by OnlinePG and its affiliates (collectively, the 'OnlinePG websites' or ‘OnlinePG’). 2.The OnlinePG websites are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the OnlinePG website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. The user shall not use anyone else's password at any time. 28.Fees Payment OnlinePG reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the Services. OnlinePG further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice. 29.The user shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the Services. 30.Using the Services OnlinePG is responsible only for the transactions that are done by the user through OnlinePG. OnlinePG will not be responsible for screening, censoring or otherwise controlling transactions, including whether the transaction is legal and valid as per the laws of the land of the user. The user warrants that they will abide by all such additional procedures and guidelines, as modified from time to time, in connection with the use of the services. The user further warrants that they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding use of the services. 31.User Agreement In the event that any of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein conflict with the Additional Terms or other terms and guidelines contained within any particular OnlinePG website, then these terms shall control. 32.OnlinePG is not responsible for any errors, omissions or representations on any of its pages or on any links or on any of the linked website pages.
