Your ticket/voucher will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you at the time of making the payment for your booking on our website or offline. In case there is a change in your delivery address after your transaction has been completed, kindly contactan OnlinePG travel consultant to inform about the change. Credit card – We will process the refund in 10 business days from the date we receive your paper tickets at our office. If the payment mode used at the time of purchase was other than credit card, we will dispatch the DD/check at your address in 10 business days.
E-TICKETS
PTA - The refund processing will be done in 10 business days from the date cancellation request is received.

OnlinePG.com shall charge Rs. 200 per ticket as a cancellation service fee. The cancellation service fee will be also be levied in cases where a customer is entitled to a full refund.
